The loop can be a little confusing at first so we have decided to convert it into a visual model infographic to help explain what goes on, line per line. I have just recorded a video review of a new learning resource released called “Learn to code blueprint” by Travis Media.
As a person who has seen a lot of courses online, this one has come along and really made a connection with me, as it goes beyond being just a course or track like many others. This one takes on accountability. Online courses can be very passive. If you are at school or University, there are deadlines which keep you on track and allow you to achieve so much in a condensed period of time. This course works on that mentality and will allow you to cover a lot of ground in 6 months.
Some of the topics covered are:
- Git & GitHub
- WordPress Theme Development
- Your Own Chosen Speciality
- Resume Building
- Job Applications
- Professional Social Media Profiles such as LinkedIn
Of course, this is just the start of your journey. You will never stop learning and this course will put you in a position where a potential employer will look at you and be impressed with what you have achieved on your own. It will give you a grounded knowledge and portfolio items to present.
I am currently taking this course and am so impressed that I needed to review it even though I still have a way to go. The final stage of the course will be about how to apply for jobs and how to set up a CV as well as social media profiles like LinkedIn.
I am really enjoying the course and would highly recommend it. if you would like to see for yourself, then please click on the link below:
